If you would like to list an event or present a place that is not yet on the website, simply log in to your account or register via this link.
To add an event, use this form — all your events will be displayed in your personal account, where you can update the description, time and photos at any moment. After review, the information will be processed and the event will appear on the website and in the PhanganLife mobile app.
To list a venue (café, bar, restaurant, studio, venue, etc.), you need to fill in this form — the data will be received, edited if necessary and published in the catalogue in the near future.
If you need to update existing information about your venue, you can contact us using the details below and send new photos, a menu, a description or any other materials — the venue page will be updated so that guests always see up-to-date information.
If you are a venue owner, after registering on the website you can provide your account details so that your venue is linked to it. Once this is done, you will have access to independently add and edit promotions and special offers in your personal account.
The PhanganLife promotions system allows you to create both classic percentage discounts and gifts for the guest (a drink, dessert, bonus dish), as well as personalised offers for regular customers. Each promotion you create is displayed on the card of your venue in the mobile app, and the guest can simply show it on their screen to the waiter.
In your personal account you can:
- create new promotions and special offers for your venue;
- edit the name, description, terms and image of a promotion;
- set the format of the offer: percentage discount, gift, or personalised promotion via code;
- limit the validity by dates, days of the week and time, if necessary.
After saving, the promotion data is processed and becomes available to users the next time the list of promotions is updated in the app. If you do not have time to deal with the settings or have any questions about how the system works, you can always contact support — we will help you correctly create, modify or remove promotions so that guests always see clear and up-to-date information.

- every prize discount has a limited validity period: typically 24 hours, but for events it can be linked to a different time frame or the event start date;
- the number of discounts to be drawn from a single venue can be set individually (for example, 10, 50 or 100 prizes for a given period);
- the guest shows the screen with the activated discount to the waiter or door staff, after which the stated bonus or discount is applied.

You can promote your venue and events through our Instagram account @phanganlifecom. To do this, simply tag the PhanganLife account in stories or posts related to the life of our beautiful island of Koh Phangan: events, parties, special offers, season openings, menu updates, new formats of leisure, and so on.
When the content is relevant and appropriate, we may repost it, share your news in our stories or arrange collaborations so that your events and offers are seen by all channel followers. The main condition is that the material must be connected to real island life and be of interest to guests and residents of Koh Phangan.
