Kids Ninja Muay Thai — Fun, Fitness & Flow (Ages 7–15)
A playful martial arts class where Muay Thai meets spinning kicks, breakdance, and Capoeira — building strength, flexibility, and confidence through movement and games. If the weather’s kind we train in a garden space; if it rains, we move into the dojo. Expect handstands, cool tricks, teamwork, and lots of smiles. 🥋⚡️
