Lie down, close your eyes, and allow yourself to be present. Live vibrations of gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, drums, flute, and sounds of nature guide you through a deeply immersive sound journey.

At the heart of the practice are original tracks from the Inner Dance community, gently enriched with authentic live instrumentation – warm flute, resonant drums, and the deep, enveloping sound of the gong. From subtle melodies to powerful waves of sound, and back into silence.

You may experience warmth, tingling, emotions, images, movement – or simply deep rest. There is nothing you need to achieve. Every experience is welcome.

No previous experience is needed. You don’t need to dance or know how to meditate.
