Join a special Sunday sunset gathering at Zen Beach — an evening of guided meditation, Satsang, Kirtan and connection around the fire.

The gathering begins with a guided meditation, creating space for inner silence, presence and awareness. The practice is also an opportunity to explore meditation as something that can become part of everyday life.

This will be followed by Satsang — a shared space for reflection, presence and inner exploration — before moving into Kirtan, a collective practice of chanting and music.
