Nakadia is a Thai-German techno DJ and producer whose story runs from rural Isan to the world’s premier stages. After discovering techno during a 2002 trip to Germany, she moved to Koh Samui in 2003, refined a punchy, percussive groove, and began touring internationally. Today she is regarded as a pioneer of Asian electronic music and the first Asian DJ to gain sustained global traction in techno. Her touring footprint spans roughly 90 countries with 2000+ shows, including appearances at marquee festivals such as Tomorrowland, the Berlin Love Parade, and Awakenings, alongside club dates from Berlin to Ibiza. As a producer, Nakadia has released on respected imprints including Carl Cox’s Intec, Filth on Acid, Set About, and Codex, with notable tracks like «Positive Energy,» «Sonic Fuse,» «We Are One,» and «End of the Night.» Her memoir, «Positive Energy — Becoming Nakadia,» traces the resilience and craft behind the headline stats. On stage, Nakadia is known for tightly built rhythms, forward momentum, and an instinctive connection with the crowd.
