Chef Cédric — Lyon training and fine-dining experience
From Michelin-starred restaurants to international culinary events and signature cuisine at Catch
Cédric was born in 1982 in Lyon and grew up immersed in hospitality: his mother’s family business combined a hotel, café, and restaurant — so for him, cooking has always been a «real» profession, not just theory.
He began his professional journey in prestigious restaurants in Lyon — including Paul Bocuse (3 Michelin stars), Casino Lyon Vert (1 Michelin star) with Chef Philippe Gauvreau, and Auberge de Fond Rose (2 Michelin stars) with William Jacquier.
Then came a major chapter in event gastronomy: for more than 14 years, Cédric worked under Jean-Paul Pignol (MOF) and took part in organizing events on the level of Bocuse d’Or and World Pastry Cup. You can feel that experience at Catch — in the kitchen’s discipline, attention to detail, and confident flavors.
