Meet Your Instructor
Daria is the founder of Apnea Kids and a certified swimming and freediving instructor for both children and adults.
Her methodology combines gentle water adaptation, breathing physiology, education, and a deeply individual approach. The main goal is to create a space of complete psychological comfort and trust in the water, helping each child develop naturally and confidently at their own pace.

Freediving is an opportunity to discover the underwater world through relaxation, proper breathing, and a conscious connection with the water. On Koh Phangan, you can experience your first dive, complete a full training course, and earn an international certification.
Freediving courses are suitable for complete beginners as well as for those who already have experience in deeper water and want to improve their technique, breathing skills, and confidence underwater.

Day 1 — Ko Ma
The first day focuses on adapting to depth and learning the fundamental skills of freediving.
Program includes:

- first deep dives
Maximum depth: up to 12 meters.
Day 2 — Sail Rock
The second day takes place at the famous Sail Rock dive site in the Gulf of Thailand.
Program includes:
Maximum depth: up to 20 meters.
The boat departs from Chaloklum in the morning and returns around 2:00 PM. Breakfast and lunch on board are included in the course price.
